Must have been good!
I’ve forgotten what I ordered, so it must have been pretty good as I’d remember if there had been any issues. So thank you for a memorable shopping experience.

Edit:- I’ve remembered what I ordered- an item that was kindly reserved for me by Amy and promptly dispatched. Great customer service.

Great products and customer service
Great products, not just the usual brands. Had to exchange due to a sizing issue and customer service was efficient and friendly and the returns process excellent and pain free.

Great site but…
It was nice they had an article in stock that was sold out everywhere, but im still waiting for my package. It has been almost 15 days since I placed my order (UK to Europe). I know this is probably the shipping companys’ fault but Im backpacking soon, hopefully it arrives on time!
